The Screeneez cart was the result of one question presented to print shop owners and managers at a nationwide trade show. "What is the most important or costly factor that determines the success or failure in the operations of your print shop." After analyzing the answers, we found a common theme. Screens. We found that their lack of orderly transportation throughout the shop along with the high cost of replacing damaged, misplaced and improperly stored screens bled more money from the shop floor than any other factor. Any negative factor involving screens would put the job off. This meant missed deadlines, poor print quality or losing future jobs altogether to another competitor. We addressed that problem and the Screeneez cart system was the end result. Not just a cart, but a system built around the concept of pre loading everything needed for a print job all on one cart... then set aside until needed. Gone are the cheaply constructed bakers bread racks used by so many print shops. There is now a cart designed specifically for print shops. From it's mesh safe thermoformed ABS plastic shelves, it's instantly adjustable screen sizing feature to it's three section top, the Screeneez Job cart and similar drying rack were designed with the idea of addressing a print shops most costly reason for low profits.
