DRYING RACK DETAILS
The Screeneez SDR001 Drying / Storage Rack exhibits all the same quality features as the SJC001 Job cart in construction and screen safe handling. The mesh friendly ABS panels hold your screens securely without fear of wear and tear to them from heavy usage. The molded screen stop feature built into the design of the ABS side panels prevents screens from working their way out of the cart during transport. As with all our carts, heavy duty 250 lb. rated casters are used to give a worry free lifetime of rolling ease. The carts aluminum frame work is anodized to protect against corrosion and allows the cart to be easily cleaned. There is no paint involved in the construction to peel or crack and fall into the screens.
Assembly is easy and performed with a single tool (provided). One way expanding tube connectors are pre inserted into the aluminum frames at the factory for the purposes of bolting the frame members together. No measuring, drilling or nut tightening is needed. The adjustable panel is completely pre assembled at the factory, just insert it into the frame after it is assembled.
The SDR001 racks are designed to hold more screens and are used in the storing and staging of the post-press or Pre-press work flow. As with the SJC001 Job Cart, the SDR001 Screen Rack will accept screens varying in width sizes from 18 - 26 inches and up to 38 inches deep. By purchasing a cart that can adjust to most any screen size, an agressive print shop is now free to purchase screens of differing sizes without the worry of the added cost of providing special racks for them.
